3. what data is stored?
We only process the data required to operate the tool: User name, e-mail address (if provided), password (stored securely encrypted) and planning-related information. No other personal data is collected.
4 Purpose of data processing & disclosure
The stored data is used exclusively to create your training plan and manage your user account. It will not be passed on to third parties.
5. data security
Your data is protected by proven security measures - such as encrypted password storage (PBKDF2 with Salt) and role-based access controls.
6 Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer your stored data at any time. Just send us an email at info@DunMove.com.
7. cookies & external content
This website does not use tracking cookies and does not integrate external content (such as Google Fonts or YouTube). Only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for language selection) can be set.
8. changes
This privacy policy may be amended from time to time. We will inform you of any significant changes in a clearly visible manner on the website.
9. Newsletter & Brevo
When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address to regularly inform you about news related to DunMove. The newsletter is sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Your data is transmitted to Brevo and processed on their servers in the EU. Brevo acts on our behalf and is contractually obligated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The registration takes place through a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means: After signing up, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your address. Only then will you be added to our mailing list. The processing of your data is based on your consent according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time – e.g., via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email to info@DunMove.com. 10. hosting & server operation
Our application is hosted on our own VPS at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. All data that you enter when using our tool (e.g. login information, training data) is processed and stored on this server. There is an order processing contract with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, insofar as Hetzner processes personal data on our behalf in the context of hosting. The server location is in Germany and therefore within the EU.
11. logging with Better Stack (logs / telemetry)
For the technical monitoring and logging of our application, we use "Better Stack Logs" (formerly "Logtail"), a service of Better Stack Inc, USA. The processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Details: https://betterstack.com/dpa For technical error analysis, we use a randomly generated session ID that is stored locally in the browser. This ID is used exclusively for the traceability of user interactions in the event of errors and cannot be traced back to individual persons.
